1. About us

This website, sakura-tgc.com ("Sakura-TGC", "we", "us" or "our"), is operated by Rounz Music, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 76167011, VAT number NL003052240B22, located at Bolwerksepoort 39, 2152 EW Nieuw-Vennep, the Netherlands. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. If you are younger, you may only use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

We sell original, factory-sealed trading card game products, including Pokémon and One Piece Card Game products and card accessories. Many of our products are sold in Japanese or Simplified Chinese; the language is stated in each product title and description.

Booster packs and booster boxes have randomized contents. We do not guarantee specific cards, rarities or "pulls", and the value of the cards you receive may vary. Product images are for illustration purposes; packaging may differ slightly.

Sakura-TGC is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Bandai or any other manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout. Import duties and tariffs are paid by us (see our Shipping Policy). Payment is due at the time of your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or if a product is unexpectedly out of stock. In that case you will receive a full refund. We may limit quantities per customer.

6. Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. (not to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories) from our supplier's warehouse in Asia. Estimated delivery is 4–11 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Unopened, factory-sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission. All content on this website is owned by us or used with permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
